1Rinse quinoa, dry in strainer, fine mesh .quinoa, dry: 4 cup

2Put quinoa in pot, >=14cup capacity .

3Add water to the pot.water: 10 cup

4Bring pot contents to boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and cover. Cook for ⏱️ 20 minutes .
