    Rinse quinoa, dry in strainer, fine mesh .

    Put quinoa in pot, >=14cup capacity .

    Add water to the pot.

    Bring pot contents to boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and cover. Cook for ⏱️ 20 minutes .
