🍳 Cookware
- skillet, with tight lid
- strainer, mesh, large
- instant pot, 7.5L or larger
- mixing bowl, massive

1Oil a large skillet, with tight lid

2Dice garlic , onion, yellow , green onion and put them in the skilletgarlic: 6 clove, onion, yellow: 5 medium, green onion: 2 bundle

3Cover and start to cook on medium heat (5/10) until the onions are soft, stirring periodically. Typically takes 40+ minutes. Proceed while they cook.

4Rinse black beans, dry in a strainer, mesh, largeblack beans, dry: 1.35 kg

5Put beans in instant pot, 7.5L or larger

6Fill instant pot with enough water to cover beans by over 1 inch, but below max pressure cook level line

7Add veggie oil to pot to prevent foaming. Do not stir it inveggie oil: 1 tbsp

8Pressure cook on high for ⏱️ 20 minutes w/keep warm, and vent ⏱️ 20 minutes after cooking finishes. After cooking, strain and put in mixing bowl, massive . For now, proceed while they cook.
