1Put rice, asian white, dry in a pot with lid, 2.5Lrice, asian white, dry: 3 cup

2Rince rice in 6 cups of water 1-2 times

3Add 4.25 cups of water to pot

4Leave covered for ⏱️ 30 minutes or until ready to start cooking

5Rince then mince or grate garlic , put in bowl, mediumgarlic: 9 clove

6Rince then mince or grade ginger root, fresh , put in bowlginger root, fresh: 1 big piece

7Chop bell pepper, red into 1 cm cubes, put in bowlbell pepper, red: 3

8Start cooking rice: hard boil covered, then min heat for ⏱️ 25 minutes , then remove from heat for ⏱️ 15 minutes

9Start frying ground beef, extra lean covered on med-low heat until browned in frying pan, largeground beef, extra lean: 1.5 kg

10Add sugar, brown , hoisin sauce , soy sauce , siracha sauce to same bowlsugar, brown: 3 tablespoon, hoisin sauce: 9 tablespoon, soy sauce: 6 tablespoon, siracha sauce: 1.5 teaspoon

11Once beef is browned, drain fat and put back on burner

12Add contents of bowl to frying pan and cook until pepper softens

13Fluff rice with fork before serving.

14Serve in bowl of rice topped with beef, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh cut chivessesame seeds, chives
